What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email, billing details, and anything you enter at checkout (like a CalmBox order number or practice name). Stripe handles your card; we never see the full number.
- When we ship: your shipping address and phone number, if you give one.
- During your program: your assessment results and the plan and progress data in CalmWaves Studio.
- On this site: basic usage data through Google Analytics, bookings you make through Cal.com, and your email if you join our newsletter.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: your assessment, report, written read, plan, retest, and CalmBox.
- To run billing, send receipts and service emails, and answer your questions.
- To improve our programs. We don't sell your personal information.
Who processes it
We use service providers that process data only to do their job for us:
- Stripe: payments, receipts, and subscriptions
- Pirate Ship and USPS: shipping labels and delivery
- Creyos: the online cognitive assessment
- Supabase, Netlify, and Resend: CalmWaves Studio hosting, this website, and email
- Google Analytics, Cal.com, and Kit: site analytics, scheduling, and our newsletter

Assessment data
Your assessment results are sensitive. We use them only to deliver and improve your program, and we don't share them with anyone outside the providers above without your permission. If you work with a coach through CalmWaves Studio, your coach can see the results they need to build your plan.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing us.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in each email.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
