You enter the order number or the email you bought your CalmBox with. We check it against our records, Dr. Doug Cowan reviews a short form from you, and your 30 days start.

If we can't find you

We'll email you and ask for anything that shows the purchase — an order confirmation, a receipt, the email you used. If nothing turns up within seven days, you get a full refund, no argument.

Before you buy

How do I prove I own one?

At checkout there's one required field: your CalmBox order number or the email you bought it with. That's usually all we need.

What if I bought it somewhere else?

Same process. Send us the order confirmation or receipt and we'll take it from there.

My box doesn't work anymore.

Then CalmBox Starter is the one you want — same 30 days, new box included, $390.

Does the CalmBox need a prescription?

Yes. The CalmBox is a cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device, used for the 20-minute daily protocol in your plan. After checkout you fill out a short form about why you want to use it, and Dr. Doug Cowan reviews it before we build the box into your plan. If it isn't approved, we refund your order in full.

What's your refund policy?

You have 30 days to ask for a full refund, counted from purchase — or from delivery if your program includes a CalmBox. A returned CalmBox must be in working condition, and you pay the return shipping. See our terms.

Is this medical care?

No. CalmWaves programs measure cognitive performance and build a plan around it. They are not medical care and don't replace your doctor. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.
